J9 is Now StreamWeaver

By Al Wasserberger

Exciting things are happening here at J9. It’s all good news for our customers, partners and any enterprise IT team that wants to easily manage incidents using data from all their monitoring tools.

On April 2nd, we split in two! The J9 services and VAR business you’ve known for over a decade has merged with Foulk Consulting.

The J9 software group that brought you the Accelerators and our ground-breaking enterprise-grade integration solution for IT operations management, OpStream, has changed our name to StreamWeaver, and is focusing exclusively on evolving the OpStream software to help our customers achieve truly seamlessly integrated IT operations.

Al Wasserberger, CEO, and Clay Roach, CTO, will continue in their leadership roles with StreamWeaver.

The 4 ways this might benefit you
J9 Software Customers and Enterprise IT teams: As a pure-play software company you can expect us to ship additional functionality and integrations even faster, and to work with the technology partners you consider critical to your IT operation. You can now pick any technology vendor you want – we’re completely independent.

J9 Services and VAR Customers: With Foulk, you’ll continue to get the high level of customer service you’ve come to count on. Plus, in addition to ITOM products and services you’ll have access to application lifecycle management (ALM) and full-cycle DevOps offerings.

Solution Partners: Systems integrators and VARs with expertise in IT operations will benefit from our partner friendly, 100% channel go-to- market approach. We’re no longer competing with you – now we can partner to make your customer engagements more successful.

ITOM Software Vendors: If you sell IT operations software to enterprises, now as StreamWeaver we can help you to make your products part of your customers’ integrated ecosystems of IT tools – in any partnership model that fits.
